Resumen

Objetivo: analizar la influencia del uso de dispositivos móviles en el rendimiento académico en estudiantes universitarios de enfermería. Método: Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática, siguiendo las directrices establecidas por la declaración PRISMA, se seleccionaron 30 estudios publicados en PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science. Conclusión: La adicción a los smartphones y el uso excesivo de estos dispositivos impactan directamente la calidad del sueño, la capacidad de concentración y la salud mental, contribuyendo al incremento de trastornos como la ansiedad, depresión y estrés, los cuales interfieren con el desempeño académico. No obstante, cuando se utilizan de manera estratégica como herramientas educativas, los dispositivos móviles pueden facilitar el acceso a recursos de aprendizaje
