Resumen

Objetivo: analizar el uso de dispositivos móviles en estudiantes universitarios. Método: Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática, siguiendo las directrices establecidas por la declaración PRISMA, se seleccionaron 15 estudios publicados en PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science. Conclusión: El uso excesivo de smartphones entre estudiantes universitarios representa un riesgo significativo para su bienestar, afectando de manera adversa la calidad del sueño, la salud mental y el rendimiento académico, tal como lo destacan múltiples estudios. Sin embargo, en contextos controlados, los dispositivos móviles pueden ser herramientas educativas beneficiosas, lo que sugiere que la clave está en promover un uso equilibrado y consciente de esta tecnología.
