The introduction of AI in the judicial sphere raises a number of issues ranging from intellectual property rights to ethics, civil liability and privacy. The aim is to analyse the effects of artificial intelligence on the administration of justice. The documentary population consisted of 18 selected scientific articles. The incorporation of artificial intelligence in the administration of justice poses fundamental challenges that require a robust and ethical regulatory framework capable of protecting human rights and ensuring fairness in judicial decision-making. AI's ability to influence key areas such as intellectual property, labour rights, privacy and civil liability, together with its potential to transform judicial processes, calls for an adaptive legal approach that considers both the benefits and the risks.
