Abstract

Objective: to analyse the management of lumbopelvic pain in postpartum women from a systematic review. Method: PRISMA systematic review of 15 scientific articles. Results and conclusion: The management of postpartum low back pain requires a multidimensional approach that integrates evidence-based strategies to address both the physical and psychological aspects of the condition. Stabilisation exercises and specific muscle training have been shown to be the most effective interventions to improve functionality and reduce pain, while complementary tools, such as kinesiotape and the use of unstable footwear, offer additional benefits when integrated into a personalised therapeutic plan.
