Resumen

Objetivo: analizar el manejo del dolor lumbopélvico en mujeres posparto desde una revisión sistemática. Método revisión sistemática PRISMA en 15 articulos científicos. Resultados y conclusión: El manejo del dolor lumbopélvico posparto requiere un enfoque multidimensional que integre estrategias basadas en evidencia para abordar tanto los aspectos físicos como psicológicos de esta afección. Los ejercicios de estabilización y el entrenamiento muscular específico han demostrado ser las intervenciones más efectivas para mejorar la funcionalidad y reducir el dolor, mientras que herramientas complementarias, como el kinesiotape y el uso de calzado inestable, ofrecen beneficios adicionales cuando se integran a un plan terapéutico personalizado.
