Resumen

Objetivo: analizar impacto de la simulación en cuidados paliativos y fin de vida en enfermería. Método: revisión sistemática, población de 15 articulos. Conclusión: La simulación ha demostrado ser una herramienta educativa fundamental en la formación de enfermeros, especialmente en el ámbito de los cuidados paliativos y al final de la vida. Los estudios revisados muestran que esta metodología no solo mejora las competencias técnicas, sino que también fortalece la autoeficacia, las actitudes y la capacidad de los estudiantes y enfermeros para enfrentar situaciones emocionalmente complejas, como el manejo de la muerte y el apoyo a los familiares en duelo.
