Objetivo: analizar las técnicas de camuflaje ortodóntico asistido por mini-implantes. Método: revisión sistemática. Resultados: se revisaron 15 articulos científicos. Conclusión: Las técnicas de camuflaje ortodóntico asistido por mini-implantes han demostrado ser una alternativa efectiva y menos invasiva para el tratamiento de maloclusiones esqueléticas complejas, especialmente en pacientes con Clase II y problemas adicionales como sobremordida profunda y sonrisa gingival. Aunque se ha evidenciado que estas técnicas ofrecen un control preciso y resultados estéticos favorables, la elección del método debe adaptarse a las características específicas de cada caso, considerando factores funcionales y estéticos.
