Objetivo: analizar el sangrado gingival: Impacto de condiciones sistémicas, hábitos de higiene oral y tratamientos periodontales. Método: Revisión sistemática. Resultados: se revisaron 15 articulos científicos. Conclusión: El sangrado gingival es un indicador clave de la salud bucal que puede reflejar tanto problemas locales como condiciones sistémicas subyacentes. Los estudios analizados destacan la influencia de factores como enfermedades autoinmunes, infecciones virales, y hábitos como el tabaquismo, así como las desigualdades socioeconómicas que afectan el acceso a tratamientos preventivos y terapéuticos.
