Resumen

Objetivo: analizar la autoeficacia, compromiso profesional y conducta prosocial en estudiantes de enfermería. Método: revisión sistemática, población de 30 articulos. Conclusión: Los estudios analizados demuestran que una sólida identidad profesional, combinada con una alta autoeficacia, no solo refuerza la competencia y motivación de los estudiantes, sino que también fomenta comportamientos prosociales esenciales en la práctica de la enfermería, como la empatía y el altruismo.
